Okay… Alright… I’ll Start Writing Again

I Hate to Write… But I must.

I honestly don’t do this because I want to… I do this because if I don’t, I may go the rest of the way insane. So… Currently it’s 3:14 am and I’ve just finished resurrecting this blog and I’m really faaaaawwwwking tired, however… Do not fret as I have some pretty awful stories to tell and the vehicle is now back in place… Well.

1. Kill Your TV

Alpha waves are brainwaves between 8 to 12 HZ. and are commonly associated with relaxed meditative states as well as brain states associated with hypnosis.

After just 30 seconds of watching television the brain begins to produce alpha waves, which indicates torpid (almost comatose) rates of brain activity. Alpha brain waves are associated with unfocused, overly receptive states of consciousness and this allows all sorts of $h1t to be pumped into your mind.

2. Be kind

"Don't let the sun go down on your troubles". Treat everyone you know and especially the ones you love like it's the last day of their life.

Remember people... Don't be mean. Because no matter where you go, there you are.

3. Stop Believing

Just because you or somebody else thinks something doesn't make it real... and come on... The more people that think something doesn't make it any more real than if it's just a few people thinking it.

More than half the problems in the world would just vanish if everyone just did a quick reality check now and again.
